Meet The Chef

With nearly twenty years of food and beverage experience at hotels and restaurants around the South, Phill Powers spearheads the culinary program at The Bristol Hotel. Chef Phill takes culinary inspiration from his world travels to curate menus for Vivian’s Table, combining international and regional cooking styles with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.
